Villa for 2 families

The inspiration comes from a neighbouring Venetian villa.
The typical structure is that which always returns to the traditional classic Venetian of the central elements (halls) with the other rooms surrounding.
In this case the hall cuts the house in two equally divided separate homes, so that they acquire on the ground entrance, an office or studio, a family room and a small kitchen, while on the first floor there is space for two bedroooms and two bathrooms.

Evidently the element of connection consists of the double stairs. The structure is partially prefabricated with telai and iron post beams. The
external strips will be realised with sandwich panelling, which is constructed outside with with prefabricated elements with marmorino finish or powdered brick. The main entrance that defines the opposite space before entering the salone, will be made of steel laminate corten or the elements of painted structural steel.
