Villa for a single family
This represents a reproduction at least, under the volumetric
and aesthetic profile of the Palladian Villa Pojana in Pajana Maggiore (Vicenza),
while finding a distribution more modern and rational inside, even if solved
with balance and proportion like in classicism with a large central space
with double height.
On the ground floor the villa consists of the loggias, studio, kitchen, family
room, bathroom and a side staircase that adds a balcony to the first floor,
where you find three bedrooms with their respective bathrooms.
The landing also communicates with the loggias that are double
height.
Apart from the facade finishes in marmorino, on the face-view you also find
elements of the doorway trimmed in painted metals.
Also the roof and chimneys appear like the traditional
Venetian classic.
